Information about Reserving the Department Projectors

The Department of Geography has four projectors that are available for department use. Projectors are to be used for teaching and presentations.

To reserve a projector:

Select one of the following projectors to open the WebEvent reservation calendar.

Once on the calendar page, click on the date you would like to reserve the projector.
Enter your Name as the Event Title.
Select a Start Time and End Time.
Enter your Course Name and Classroom in the Description area.
Use the Repeat and Remind areas if you would like.
Click on the Add New Event button to submit your reservation.

Note: You can now pick up projectors in 302 Walker Building.
