Graduate Students in the Department of Geography(GSDoGs)

Graduate Students in the Department of Geography (GSDoGs)is a University-recognized organization that serves as the direct link between the graduate community and the department faculty and staff. The:

• represent the graduate students at faculty meetings

• organize and hold graduate student Town Hall meetings

• work directly with department administration to address graduate student concerns

 

Meetings are held monthly. Those registered as graduate students automatically are members, and membership is open to to anyone.

 

Robert Crane is the faculty adviser to the group.

 

Three graduate student officers are elected in late spring for terms that include the following fall and spring semesters. One graduate student officer is elected in the fall to serve a term that runs the following spring and fall semesters.

 

The current graduate student officers are:
