chapter for Geography in America at the Dawn of the 21st Century,
edited by Gaile and Willmott.
F.

1999 Annual Meeting, contribute a chapter to the volume on Geography in
America at the Dawn of the 21st Century, produce two Newsletters,
construct a website and examine suggestions concerning the establishment
of HOG-related awards (student, service, publication, etc.).
As a new specialty group, HOG is just emerging from the birth
process and its future involves growth and the bring together of
individuals to promote is mission.
IV.
Membership - As of April 8,
1998
HOG has a membership of 110, a significant increase from the 76 of March
