Position description

This is a 1-credit position that will help with maintaining the Philly Fresh Food Map available at http://www.geovista.psu.edu/phillyfood/.

The map is an example of how OpenStreetMap can be a collaborative place to store local knowledge about food resources.

 

The assistant will have two primary duties:

1) Create training and documentation materials for the map, such as online walkthroughs and videos.

2) Check the data in the map and keep it up to date as of Summer 2015.


Desired qualifications

Candidates who have experience with OpenStreetMap and screen capturing software (especially video production) are desired; however, other candidates who show promise in learning these technologies will be considered.
