I am a human-environment geographer interested in political ecology, infrastructure geography, landscape ecology, and critical theory. My dissertation examines the geopolitics of water infrastructure, water governance, island materiality, and the relationships between land use and water quality in Kinmen island. Prior to joining Penn State, I worked as a research assistant at the Institute of Ethnology, Academia Sinica. I earned my Master’s in Building and Planning from National Taiwan University and a BS in Urban Planning from National Cheng Kung University.
